Over the last 10 years we've developed a project methodology called GuidePathTM which guides every client engagement. GuidePathTM is designed to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, that projects are on time and within budget, and that business goals are achieved.
GuidePathTM is a three-phase approach that runs from discovery of business objectives and identification of opportunities for business impact, through prioritizing and planning for solutions that can drive business growth, and finally to executing those solutions – with consistent results.
Phase 1: Engage The focuse of the Engage phase is to align with business goals – since all our solutions are business focused. We share current industry trends and solutions we've provided for similar organizations, and the results we were able to achieve. Finally, we work jointly to define areas of opportunity for our client, and business objectives are set.
Phase 2: Plan The planning phase identifies specific areas that can be improved in Marketing, Sales and Customer Service and the impact those improvements would have on the organization. and prioritize solutions with the benefits to the organization. Individual projects are identified and prioritized and a plan for moving forward is developed.
Phase 3: Implementation Once specific opportunities to drive business growth have been identified and prioritized, our project methodology kicks in:
- Design: Gather user, technical and business requirements and architect a solution
- Implementation: Develop, integrate and customize the solution.
- Deployment: Roll out the solution to production and train end users to ensure strong adoption.
- Measure: Capture successes and measure benefit to organization
